George Bojic has practiced exclusively in the construction defect field since 1998. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr Bojic has also been a licensed California contractor since 1992. The experience of actually building residential and commercial property has been invaluable not only in evaluating claims, but also in bringing claims to a successful conclusion.

 

This experience has helped Mr. Bojic establish a proven track record of recoveries. Mr. Bojic has recovered in excess of $80 million for his clients and takes pride in the results he has achieved and the assistance he has provided to his clients so that they can make the necessary repairs to their property.

Anthony L. Livesay's legal practice focuses on construction defect plaintiffs' representation. He has been actively involved in construction defect litigation for nearly a decade and has recovered more than $25 million on behalf of homeowner associations and individual owners of single-family residences.

 

For a time, Mr. Livesay provided litigation defense services to developers, general contractors and subcontractors involved with the construction of multi-unit projects and single-family homes. This defense experience is an invaluable asset in the effective analysis and litigation of homeowners and homeowners' association construction defect claims.

 

Mr. Livesay has assisted in writing construction defect and insurance bad faith Continuing Legal Education workbooks and practical manuals and has lectured on construction defect law before legal associations. In addition, Mr. Livesay was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for expertise in legal analysis and legal writing skills.
